Play Time Club:  Co-Ed Club ages 3-4 years Minimum of 2 participants, Maximum of 4

Day/ Time: Mondays 10am-11am; OR Tuesdays 10am-11am

Duration: 1 hour for 8 weeks

This club is for preschool age children to work on social-emotional learning, to understand, process and begin to cope with feelings.  This club is appropriate for children who are shy/anxious, and who struggle with social/emotional skills or who may have experienced grief/trauma.  This is play therapy based, and in-time, real-life moments are utilized to help children process feelings and understand others.  This group is not appropriate for children who are aggressive toward their peers.  If you have a child who exhibits aggressive behaviors, please contact me for individual play therapy.

Lego Club:  Co-Ed Club ages 6-8 years Only 2 participants per session

Day/Time: Tuesday 4:45pm-5:45pm

Duration: 1 hour for 8 weeks

This club is specifically for kids who demonstrate social anxiety or spectrum disorder.  This club is not appropriate for children who struggle with aggressive behaviors toward other children.  Lego Therapy is a research-based therapy which helps kids make meaningful social connections and build confidence and skills in social interactions with peers.  Lego Club can be ongoing, and new clubs can be formed as need arises for varying ages. 

A one-time supply fee of $50 does apply to this group, in addition to weekly session fees, or Lego sets can be purchased on your own and brought in weekly.

Art Club-  Co-Ed Club ages 8-10 years Minimum of 3 participants, Maximum of 8

Day/Time: Monday 4:45pm-6:15pm

Duration: 1.5 hours for 8 weeks

Art Club is for kids who are challenged with lots of big feelings brought on by worry, divorce, grief, trauma, school problems, etc.  This club is appropriate for children who enjoy art as a form of expression and who do not demonstrate outwardizing behaviors toward other children.  This club does not teach art techniques but utilizes various art methods as a mode for expressing and managing feelings, and for processing those feelings. 

A one-time supply fee of $20 does apply to this club in addition to the weekly group fee.

Girls Only Club: Females ages 12-14  years Minimum of 3 participants, maximum of 8

Day/Time: Wednesday 6:00-7:30pm

Duration 1.5 hours for 8 weeks

This club is appropriate for middle school girls who need encouragement, self-esteem building, and may struggle with friendship or worry.  This club utilizes various modalities to build relationships, understand and process feelings, learn appropriate coping strategies and social skills, and build self-confidence and friendships.  This group may not be appropriate for those who have experienced trauma without prior counseling.

Photography Club: Co-Ed ages 14-16  years Minimum of 3 participants, maximum of 8

Day/Time: Monday 6:30-8:00pm

Duration 1.5 hours for 8 weeks

This club utilizes photography as a mode of processing difficult feelings and parts of life.  This club will work on building self-esteem through a deeper understanding of self and others, and it requires completion of one weekly photography assignment.  Participants will learn to connect their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. 

This is not a photography class.

*Phone with camera capability and Bluetooth connectivity are required.

A one-time $10 supply fee is required in addition to the weekly group fee.

Moms Only Club: Moms of all ages who have elementary or middle school children.  Minimum of 3 participants, maximum of 8

Day/Time: Tuesday 11:30am-1:00pm

Duration 1.5 hours for 8 weeks

This club is for moms who stay home who have elementary or middle school children, or who have a flexible work schedule to attend a group during the day.  Childcare is not provided.  This club will focus on self-care, common mom struggles, connecting with others and understanding how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors are connected.  This group is not about your kids, it’s about you!  Some light homework assignments will apply.
